Design Tech Homes has voluntarily undertaken this comprehensive inspection program to provide consistent, high-quality homes to our Homeowners. Under the GUARDIAN CERTIFIED INSPECTION PROGRAM™ , third-party certified inspections are made at critical stages of construction. The goal is to verify compliance with the Structural, Energy Efficiency and Indoor Environmental Quality standards and practices adopted by Design Tech Homes.
